Registration is open from June 3rd to June 28th for IBEW, Local 499 members on a first come basis. If there is availability after June 28th, registration will be open to the public with family members and friends getting preference.
There will be raffles and challenges at the holes. Proceeds and donations from this golf tournament will go to the following charities to support children and their families in their time of need.

Payment is due by July 5th. If payment is not received by the due date, your spot is vacant.
• This is on a first come first serve basis. If there are more golfers than availability, they will be put on a waiting list.
• There will be 36 teams of 4 people and golf will start at 10:00 a.m.
• The cost is $62 per person or $248 per team.
• Sign up will run from June 3rct to June 28th.
• Payment is due made payable to IBEW, Local 499 by July 5th along with entry form. The address is:

• If payment is not received by the due date, your spot is vacant and will go to the first person on the waiting list.
• No refunds will be given. If a spot is forfeited, the money will be donated to the charities listed.
• This is open to IBEW, Local 499 members only. If there are open spots after June 28th, it will then be opened up to the public with family members and friends of IBEW, Local 499 members getting preference.
• Single entries are welcome. The committee will determine team assignment.
• This is a fundraiser and the money raised will be donated to Iowa League of Heros and the Ronald McDonald House of Central Iowa.
• Teams are expected to bring a donation of perishable items and/ or toiletry items to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Central Iowa.
• There will be raffles and contests at the holes.
• If you are not able to participate in the golf tournament, donations are being accepted.
• More information about the golf outing will be emailed to participants as the event gets closer.
